Luna’s, 220 Grant Street, Buffalo, NY, is operated by Diversely LLC. This page explains what we keep when you reserve a table, join the waitlist or get texts from us.

What we collect

When you reserve or join the waitlist, we keep what you give us: your name, party size, email, phone number, the day and time, and any notes. When you text us, we keep the messages.

How we use it

Only to handle your visit: to confirm your reservation, hold your place in line, tell you when your table is ready, and answer you. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their marketing.

Text messages

If you tick “Text me” when you reserve or join the waitlist, Luna’s sends texts about that visit: a confirmation, a reminder, your place in line and when your table is ready. How many depends on the visit, usually two to four. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who handles it

Reservations, the waitlist and messages are kept in Mast, the restaurant system provided by Diversely. Texts are delivered by our messaging provider, Twilio.
